Unprofessional Service, Emplyees and Management Took my car in for my sensors to be replaced for an emissions test to pass on a 240SX Nissan car. 2 days later they tried charging me $2000 because they took my engine apart because my check engine all of a sudden went on. (No I did not pay this) I gave them no permission for that other than to replace sensors. I asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't give me a reason on why they took my car apart. Dishonest. At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. They lie chronically and do not stand behind their products. The Armada I purchased is a lemon. I believe they lied about the vehicle's history and problems when I was considering it. Worst sales experience of my life...hands down I was planning on buying two vehicles from this dealership, since I've always been a Nissan faithful and they are conveniently located. Nice to your face but They try really hard but at the end of the day they pull the same tricky crap dealerships are so infamous for. For example, their finance guy tries to sneak in a $2K maintenance plan on a deal for a 2014 $20K JUKE or their general sales manager changes the base price you agree upon with him by $879 on a 2014 Frontier 4WD . Poor Service, Incompetent Personnel I was informed the parts came in and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 12th at 9:45am. I went down there today only to be told? by the Service Advisor that the technician that does the work today as he "is off every other Saturday" so the scheduling should not have occurred. Under Pressure I have purchased vehicles with Reliable many times and met with Nikki to inquire about a new vehicle. Initially she was very sweet and fast at what she did. Ripped Off,taken advantage, did not do work as described. On 04/22/2014 I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima in because the starter was not working. I was charged $786.00 dollars. I was quoted by Santa Fe Auto it would be $280.00 total for parts and labor for the starter. After they claimed the work was completed - the car wouldn't start, I had to wait 30 minutes for it start and it barely ran. I purchased a used vehicle from Reliable Nissan on Sept. 29th of 2013 . It is a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. 4 Days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and the cruise control stopped working. I took the vehicle in to have them check the vehicle out, I could not leave it that day because I needed to take it out of town on a trip.
