My first impression was good, but from there it has gone down hill. My last experience which was with the auto repair service last weekend was HORRIBLE! I was continually demeaned by the guy who worked the parts desk. He kept asking me the same question over and over again without ever listening to me and then told me that to "fix the problem" on a routine oil change was for me to spend another $600 to fix their mistake several months back!!
