bought a fifth wheel last week and drove it home Friday. As we are near 70,we ask about the roof and was told by Rick Muller,the shop would look it over and the rv would be in good order. Within 3 hours after leaving Reliable, my grandson come by and took pictures of the roof,there was 3 hole above entry door. Made an appointment for warranty work on my Entegra motorhome on more than one occasion only to have it sit there for weeks untouched. The last time in they called me and said parts were in and they had time at 9:30 or 11 am, I dropped it off at 9 and 2 weeks later it was still untouched. Terrible customer service considering I purchased the unit from them new.

Spent over 30 minutes walking around trying to find someone to help me on Tuesday and had one sales person walk right past me and never even asked if I needed help. Definitely would not buy from here. Definitely sticking to the “Reliable” reputation of never helping anybody and just completely ignoring their customers!!

😤🤮HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😖☠️ I spent nearly $80,000 on a pre-owned 5th wheel travel trailer and used 1 ton dully; AFTER I had purchased a BRAND-NEW Silverado. Like dealing with used car dealers. Promise one thing, but need this....... ok, all is well, but we need this....... all ok, except ...... . Don’t be fooled, bring cash or your own financing. If you plan on a refund of your funds, be prepared to drive to Kansas City to the nearest (local) branch to get your $$$. ALL true!

I am looking for a repair shop for the air conditioner in our 2015 Airstream Flying Cloud... but based on the reviews of your service department, I don't think we can take our Bambi to "Reliable RV"

Beware if you buy a used RV from Reliable RV. My wife and I was interested in an RV and we noticed some mechanical issues with the slide out and Chris and Nate promised it would be fixed if we wanted to purchase it. So about 10 days later Chris explained that the slide out was repaired so the wife and I set up a purchase date and a pre purchase inspection/walk through. RV plumbing was not hooked up. Cable was not hooked up. Other issues as well. Service department and salesman would not call or e-mail is back. We are now having to go to a different dealership to do the warranty work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
