Recently purchased an Airstream from Reliable. Our dealer treated us well and the technician updated everything we wanted done to the unit. Very friendly folks. We would definitely do business with them again. Five star PLUS!
Apparently these people think they sell plenty of RV's. They are rude and disrespectful to customers. To the point one of them made my mother cry. Absolutely unacceptable. And, the generator had to be replaced immediately. Do not do business here.
Reliable RV is where we decided to purchase our 2021 Gravity toy hauler. We drove three hours to pick it up and upon arrival we did a half cocked walk around with an employee who reminded us several times that it was his lunch break so he wanted to hurry up with the inspection. bought a fifth wheel last week and drove it home Friday. As we are near 70,we ask about the roof and was told by Rick Muller,the shop would look it over and the rv would be in good order. Within 3 hours after leaving Reliable, my grandson come by and took pictures of the roof,there was 3 hole above entry door. Made an appointment for warranty work on my Entegra motorhome on more than one occasion only to have it sit there for weeks untouched. The last time in they called me and said parts were in and they had time at 9:30 or 11 am, I dropped it off at 9 and 2 weeks later it was still untouched. Terrible customer service considering I purchased the unit from them new.
