RecommendedReliable RV and especially our salesman, Rick Muller, were outstanding. We first spoke by phone because I already knew the type of RV we wanted, and there were three models on the web site that were doable. Rick helped us with the right price, and two days later we owned the perfect RV for agility dog trials and our needs. It was smooth as glass, fun, and a great experience. Thanks to Rick and to the service crew, especially Jason, for the purchase and assistance.
RecommendedAbsolutely the best experience we could've had. Tyler and Rick were awesome to deal with. We had called to inquire about a 2017 Thor Aria 3901, and Tyler gave me constant updates on when it was going to arrive. No one was high pressure and they all (from the Sales Manager to the Sales Reps and Finaance) made us feel right at home. Tyler even drove out to Ozark to help us with a little problem on our first day! Great service, even after the sale! Would highly recommend!
RecommendedIt was a great buy at a great price from some great people. Catherine Day, JR Hough, Jennifer Brazeale and Ed (who did our walk thru) were all extremely helpful in making sure that our experience was easy, fun and complete. They took time to answer all our questions and made sure that everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier in what we purchased or who we purchased it from. Reliable RV is where I would go again and where I would recommend all my friends to go.

RecommendedApparently these people think they sell plenty of RV's. They are rude and disrespectful to customers. To the point one of them made my mother cry. Absolutely unacceptable. And, the generator had to be replaced immediately. Do not do business here.

Reliable RV is where we decided to purchase our 2021 Gravity toy hauler. We drove three hours to pick it up and upon arrival we did a half cocked walk around with an employee who reminded us several times that it was his lunch break so he wanted to hurry up with the inspection. Upon seeing several items that needed to be attended too and fixed we were asked to sit and wait in the service center. After an hour we went to the business office. LONG POST. I’m not one to usually blast businesses on social media, but at this point I feel like I need to not only protect myself but also protect those around me.
