This was our second purchase experience with Reliable RV, and both time's these folks treated us just like family. From start to our orientation was a pleasant experience, and when we left the dealership with our 5th wheel, we where confidant all was right with our purchase. They done an excellent job checking, cleaning, and making sure everything worked as it should, and that we where aware of all the various features of the RV. I am pleased that we have an RV dealer in our local area with the kind of expertise, and selecti... read more

Reliable RV and especially our salesman, Rick Muller, were outstanding. We first spoke by phone because I already knew the type of RV we wanted, and there were three models on the web site that were doable. Rick helped us with the right price, and two days later we owned the perfect RV for agility dog trials and our needs. It was smooth as glass, fun, and a great experience. Thanks to Rick and to the service crew, especially Jason, for the purchase and assistance.

Absolutely the best experience we could've had. Tyler and Rick were awesome to deal with. We had called to inquire about a 2017 Thor Aria 3901, and Tyler gave me constant updates on when it was going to arrive. No one was high pressure and they all (from the Sales Manager to the Sales Reps and Finaance) made us feel right at home. Tyler even drove out to Ozark to help us with a little problem on our first day! Great service, even after the sale! Would highly recommend!

It was a great buy at a great price from some great people. Catherine Day, JR Hough, Jennifer Brazeale and Ed (who did our walk thru) were all extremely helpful in making sure that our experience was easy, fun and complete. They took time to answer all our questions and made sure that everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier in what we purchased or who we purchased it from. Reliable RV is where I would go again and where I would recommend all my friends to go.

I wish that I had read some of the reviews before using this company. Hands down, it has been the absolute worst service experience through my years of having RV service work done. As others have noted in their reviews, my experience was that setting an appointment meant nothing. I was told to expect an estimate which I would approve. After no communication, I called back the following week and was told “we haven’t got to it but will soon”. This was my experience week after week until I eventually lost patience after a m... read more
