My wife and I just purchased a new to us 2017 Thor fourwinds 30D from Reliable and love it! It was literally one of the smoothest transactions we have ever made! If you are looking for an honest salesman, Christopher Rothfuss is your man. He listens to the needs of his customers and tries very hard to meet them. Chris does not push his own agenda, but truly tries to satisfy the customers. If you are looking for an RV, you will not be disappointed if you talk to him.
Went to Reliable RV a couple of weeks ago , and saw a Cyclone Toy Hauler we really liked. Hopper was exceptionally professional and very good to deal with. We went back today, found him, and sealed the deal!!!! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. We're are so excited to have our new RV and get it stocked and ready for a camping trip!!! Thank you Hopper, JR and the entire staff!
Great experience. We worked with Rick and Chris. Holden did a great job on the walk through. As we were pulling off the lot we heard a strange noise. Pulled it right in to the service area and they checked it out very quickly. The only downside, I think they could have gave us more trade in. But hey, they still worked a deal we liked. Taking our new 2017 Thor Four Winds out this weekend on it's maiden voyage. Happy Trails!
So pleased with our experience. We were in Springfield for a conference. We had been searching for a used diesel pusher. Saturday at 2:00 called their office and was referred to Tyler. We could not have asked for a better buying experience than the one we had with Reliable RV. We purchased a used motor-home from them and were treated as if we had bought a new one.
