Spent over 30 minutes walking around trying to find someone to help me on Tuesday and had one sales person walk right past me and never even asked if I needed help. Definitely would not buy from here. Definitely sticking to the “Reliable” reputation of never helping anybody and just completely ignoring their customers!!
Do NOT trust or buy from Reliable RV. We were in the process of looking at a newer RV when a salesman, Andy, came to us and convinced us that we needed to look at used RVs because a newer one would be “bad” for us. We were buying the RV outright and would not be financing it so you think that would have allowed us the opportunity to have a better experience instead we were pressured into buying a used RV that never should have left the dealership. 😤🤮HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😖☠️ I spent nearly $80,000 on a pre-owned 5th wheel travel trailer and used 1 ton dully; AFTER I had purchased a BRAND-NEW Silverado. My funding fell through for the brand-new truck. They lied to me stating that there was a recall, so I came in to have it repaired; only to clean out my truck and call for a ride home. Like dealing with used car dealers. Promise one thing, but need this....... ok, all is well, but we need this....... all ok, except ...... . Don’t be fooled, bring cash or your own financing. If you plan on a refund of your funds, be prepared to drive to Kansas City to the nearest (local) branch to get your $$$. ALL true!
I am looking for a repair shop for the air conditioner in our 2015 Airstream Flying Cloud... but based on the reviews of your service department, I don't think we can take our Bambi to "Reliable RV"
Beware if you buy a used RV from Reliable RV. My wife and I was interested in an RV and we noticed some mechanical issues with the slide out and Chris and Nate promised it would be fixed if we wanted to purchase it. So about 10 days later Chris explained that the slide out was repaired so the wife and I set up a purchase date and a pre purchase inspection/walk through. RV plumbing was not hooked up. Cable was not hooked up. Other issues as well. Service department and salesman would not call or e-mail is back. We are now having to go to a different dealership to do the warranty work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Giving a 1 only because ZERO is not an Option! We are thoroughly disgusted with everytjing regarding reliable rv, Or UNreliable RV as our kids have started to call it. We purchased a 2015 Coachman Pursuit. Drove all the way down from Wisconsin to get it. All of the things listed we found out almost immediately upon leaving the lot or within the first 2weeks of possession. Bought a brand new motor home seal around the windshield has fallen off three times. They picked it up took it to there shop kept it for weeks they brought it back and you got it it’s out again. Was supposed to be racing in ky this weekend loosing all my points. They say they will call and days later they do. Had lots of plans this summer and seems like they are all going down the tubes.
