Bought a brand new motor home seal around the windshield has fallen off three times. They picked it up took it to there shop kept it for weeks they brought it back and you got it it’s out again. Was supposed to be racing in ky this weekend loosing all my points. They say they will call and days later they do. Had lots of plans this summer and seems like they are all going down the tubes.
The salesperson that I dealt with was great but The Coachman rep that I talk to lied to me about being able to change out some components inside the camper within two weeks instead of waiting six weeks for a brand new camper with what I wanted I went ahead and bought the camper 2 weeks later thinking that the stuff will be in just any day and now it's been 2 months and I still haven't received anything. No hassle got us right through but since our initial inspection/orientation it has gone down hill. The bad is the service at this dealership is terrible. This place is a freaking JOKE. Sold us a 5th wheel, took ours as a trade in THEN 2 WEEKS later (after we'd installed a $600 hitch) told us that the financing fell through and we had to bring it back. After 2 weeks?!?!?!? WTF!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...
Went there on 10/22/16 after a friend recommended it to us. We came from Kansas City and salesman acted like we were bothering him. Didn't want to bother with us after we told him we were looking for a smaller RV. Just let us look by ourselves. What a rude place. Will not be going back! EVER!
Let me be clear, the shopping part of buying a travel trailer at Reliable was great.We had shopped a great deal and found value and a knowledgeable and helpful sales guy there. Don't hesitate to contact Nate Bowling if you're looking for an Airstream. But, AVOID THEIR FINANCE GUY! Either do a cash purchase or get your financing elsewhere.
