Honestly, I've been renting with renters warehouse for over a year now. If it wasn't for COVID we would have moved at the end of the previous lease. Philip Barbour is an all-star! Always promptly responsive and highly professional. From the start of the process to his fielding of any questions or concerns I have had about the property our family has rented, service has been highly efficient and top-notch. Having not rented a property in nearly 20 years, I highly recommend Renters Warehouse.

This company is the biggest scam out there! Never use them! Their fees and tenants are not truly vetted. Their payment to the homeowners never comes in on time if at all!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. This company is very dishonest with the tactics they use to overcharge you for everything. I have rented many times and this is the only company that I have ever had any issues with. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. I work with many realtors and we often advise clients on short term rentals in between buying homes. I would never recommend this company to any of my clients. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They have screwed us over more than once already I expect them to do it even more. We just started renting from them and when we got the place it looked like a POS. There were brown stains on every carpet, dirt all in the carpet and scuffs all over the walls. We were told the place was cleaned prior but that was a lie. Jessica and Tim helped me get my property rented, they're with out a doubt the 2 best people I could have got to help me with my rental property. With their help and guidance I have a 37% increase of profit from my property and Jessica had a qualified renter who was ready to move in with in 3 days. A tornado of incompetence and evil. I'm still waiting on maintenance to be taken care of that I started requesting ten months ago, and has been building up. (The most obnoxious, currently: we're 27 days without an air conditioner.) Because they can't get the work done, I had to pay $460.81 of my own money for plumbing repairs last year. They won't acknowledge their lies about getting that taken care of, even with a Better Business Bureau complaint. Avoid this company like the disgusting plague they are.
