What a NIGHTMARE of a company to deal with! Fees and attorneys fees if you're late on a payment are OUTRAGEOUS! After move out I received NOTHING stating itemized billing for them to hold the deposit(required under state law). No final walk thru or inspection was arranged or scheduled with me! No damages statement. Multiple emails, multiple calls no one returns calls or emails. Been waiting for a call from the manager for over a month. By looking at the current reviews, I can't help but think I must be missing something. It seems as if most of the reviews are coming from the owners side, so I'm here to offer a perspective from the renter's side. I love Renters Warehouse. I have never, ever run into the issues that the other reviewers seem to be having. I began renting from them in August 2019 and have had exactly zero issues. Love that every single thing is online. Money hungry absolute joke of a company. They attempted to charge us $300 for a simple rental electrical repair that was disfunctional when we moved in because the contracted electrician said it "may have been caused by a space heater" they then went on to claim that our imaginary space heater (we don't own one) violated our lease. After further research we found nothing in our lease that stated imaginary space heaters or actual space heaters for that matter were not permitted. They lie to make as much profit as possible. Be aware, be very very careful!! I trust until I am proven wrong, and in this case I was. I can only speak for our own experience, but perhaps this will help you. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. Wes Donovan is the most incompetent, condescending pompous jerk I have ever interacted with. I use the term interact with loosely because he and the entire company as a whole is IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone. Even the people they contract for maintenance say they are horrible. Kelly and Jessica are so rude and just as unhelpful as Wes. I was left without a fridge for a month TWICE in less than 6 month time frame. My shower was broken for over two months. Landlord's nightmare. They rented our property without conducting an employment verification. They gave keys to the renter without collecting a security deposit. Now we have person in our house that isnt paying rent and Renters Warehouse attitude is wow, i guess it sucks to be you. No offer from them to rectify problem or make us whole. I hoped that a management company would eliminate hassles but it looks like we will end up having to take the renter and the management company to court.

Nightmare renting from them. They come to your house, take pictures and videos of your house whenever they like. Then you get an email telling you to clean areas of your house they think is dirty. As if that's not enough they tell you when to mow your lawn. When you have an issue, they are quick to tell you you have to pay for it. Trees in the yard drop at least 40 bags in the fall. This is the worst management company that you will ever rent from (if you are unlucky enough to rent from them). My landlord switched to them as a bargain management company (i.e. not as responsive, not as flexible, etc.). I will give you the highlights of working with them currently.
