I thought they were great.
They need to listen to their customer. The customer is not the insurance company. I need to be listened to, and I don't care who is paying you. The people did fine. There was just an issue of authority.
The men who came out were very nice, and took care of everything. They watched over me because I am a senior. They were absolutely perfect, and I can't agree with that anymore, and they made everything safe for me.
They workers were excellent and professional. Their supervisor (Tammy) was very efficient and helpful.
Tiffany the project manager was Johnny on the spot. Once they got involved, it kept rolling. The crews that came in were friendly, professional, and thorough.
