I had a full knee replacement surgery on my knee on June 17, utilizing new technology with an AI-assisted computer. My surgeon also administered a local anesthetic steroid combination in my spine for pain relief, which should last three days, and I have oral medication for additional support.
Excellent customer service. Took time to listen to what I was experiencing and then thoughtfully analyzed and described what needed to be done to help with pain control.
All of the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I am a retired nurse and couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you!
I’m currently 1 week and a day after surgery. I’m very pleased with Dr. Rhett Hallows and Emergorthro team. Two sessions into PT and I believe I’m getting the hang of mending and recovery.

Dr. Hallows was willing to perform my Total Knee Replacement in Jan. 2025, even though I had extenuating health circumstances that had to be monitored carefully. I had a total hip replacement with Dr. Hallows. Everything went great: surgery, home recovery and was walking with no pain or assistance within 4 weeks. Walked with crutches the first 2 weeks, then a cane for another week and a half. I also felt his daily texts (thru StreamMD) were informative and encouraging. I highly recommend Dr. Hallows.
Dr. Hallows performed a hip replacement on April 3. Everyone on his team were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend him for knee or hip replacement. There’s none better .
