This was my second visit to EmergeOrtho (first time for the right knee and now the left) but first visit with Dr. Hallows. He was thorough in his explanation and my options and listened to and answered all my questions and never felt rushed.
I met with Dr. Hallows seeking an opinion about my possible need for hip surgery. It seemed I did need a new hip to match the prosthetic in my other hip. He quickly concluded that my issues were not being caused by my hip and that they were probably related to degeneration in my lower back. I am relieved to know this and am scheduled for targeted physical therapy. Dr. Hallows was thorough, approachable, clear and responsive. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Hallows was kind and helped reassure me. He was also highly praised by everyone I met in the surgical center.
Listen carefully to my concerns and the symptoms I described. After looking at the X-rays and discussing my functionality and level of pain, Dr. Hallows recommended pain management instead of knee replacement.
Had a very good experience with Dr Hallows and the Emerge team. He was available throughout the rehab process and was able to provide counsel on rehabilitative procedures above what his colleagues on the Emerge PT team were working with me on. Highly recommend Dr Hallows and the Emerge PT team
Dr Hallows is awesome! He replaced my right knee eight years ago, and my left knee yesterday. He uses the latest technology with expertise, has excellent communication, and is so personable. Everyone at the surgical center was outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Hallows!
The professionalism of the Dr. and staff! Also the dr's and nursing staff that took care of me were very courteous and professional.
