The attention to detail and care every step in the process was excellent. Helped me relax and put my trust in their work.

Dr. Hallows was very personable and helpful in explaining my knee pain related to my long-term arthritis. He explained options and ultimately gave me a cortisone injection to help ease the pain.

Dr Hallows listens. I had an injection that didn’t resolve my hip pain and I went back to him with a request to move forward with surgery. My every question, and I ask a lot, was answered. Plus, he uses an automated texting system to send reminders and suggestions before and after surgery. I felt very prepared and not forgotten as I waited for my surgery date. My interactions with other staff have also been more than satisfactory. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Hallows.
Everything went well and everyone has been sending me information that I need to recover well.
Very impressed with Dr Hallows caring manner and personable way. Even though he couldn't help me with my specific problem, he explained my issue and clearly explained my needed solution. He told me exactly who to contact for help. He never made me feel like he was in a hurry.
