Easy Decision for Gym Owners Overall: I switched to RhinoFit from MindBodyOnline and was initially attracted to a number of things: -Low price. -Basic Features easy to use for my staff. -Extensive financial and member retention reporting. -Customer service. It was a great decision and it should be easy for any gym owner to give this a try.

Great improvement over 2014 software Pros: Navigation menu is on point. Cons: Calendar is still a pain- Clients can't use Andriod Ap, Mobile site is cumbersome. Overall: First the Bad: Reservations page is awful on iOS (so is the calendar), but PC version is ok. Taking 3 clicks to get to shortcuts are still cumbersome (think getting to your roster) Definitely improved over 2014 version and still a better buy over other gym management software. Customer support is great when you have questions.

Switched from Zenplanner Pros: ease of use Cons: I'd like a few more features that I've used on zenplanner like being able to group contacts by a tag- I have crossfit kids with my regular crossfitters and would like to be able to separate them to know my total number of just group 1 or group 2. Overall: It's strait forward and simple to use. Keeps my billing simple and the couple times I've called to ask about something I got help very quickly. No problems and great staff/support.

Feedback your request Pros: Its easy to use and not over load with options that we don't use. Cons: The app is lacking several features for our athletes to add addition workout information. Overall: I would like to see more sure friend help section. Other then that i have no other comments are this time.

I'm very satisfied! Overall: We have been using Rhinofit for almost 2 years and were initially not so happy with the customer service and functionality. However, recently Kurt and his new team have been exceptionally helpful and are really trying to make many issues for for us. We are looking forward to working with these folks!

Switch from ZP Overall: Overall glad we switched from ZP, much more intuitive and user friendly. Still waiting for them to create the ability to enlarge the workout on a large screen for the class WOD.

Great ap for the money, but service stinks Pros: I like the functionality and the ease of use. Cons: The service, and when I change class times, I lose the prior information in my reports. (move a class from 4:00 to 4:15, I either need to create a totally new class which is complicated, or it assumes that we have always had a class at 4:15.
