Good software but need improvement Overall: All I would like different is for you guys to incorporate phone number on the reports that are generated when a customer has an overdue bill. Also that the accounts would take less time to process.
Great software Pros: it has been easy to set-up and the value for the features available has been great. Cons: the recurring class entry is a little bit "clunky" - in that when you want to just change the date of the first class in the series -- the time changes so instead of being able to just change the date and save you have to also go in and update the start and/or end time of the class -- it would be nice if the times stayed the same by default Overall: We just started using RhinoFit and I've been pleasantly surprised w... read more

I'm glad we decided to try it. Pros: The ease of posting WODs. Cons: I still have to track our finances separately. I am not sure if there is any real way around that. Overall: We love the system, and the customer service has been outstanding. I love the way I can post WODs, and the price is very business friendly. RhinoFit has brought a really nice addition to our box. Our members really like it. Thank you.

Excellent product with a great interface. Overall: While not perfect yet, the team is working to make the necessary upgrades to make it work seamlessly.
Getting there! Pros: It is fairly intuitive to use from the management end, it is priced appropriately, and I like the customer support. Cons: There are a few glitches that need to be worked out. To address some issues: We have a report that shows "Attendance by class, time and day" this will let you measure the popularity/frequency of the instructors. Pretty amazing Pros: Simplicity price and support Cons: Could have had more "how to" videos which explain how to do things and what kind of possibilities you have. Overall: I'm very happy with RhinoFit. It could have been more intuitive to use, and more instruction videos would be great. But it's pretty easy to use and our members love the simplicity of the phone app.

Description Of Classes Overall: Something that seems backwards is the lack of clients being able to see what the class/session is all about...currently it's set up for the trainers to see, which makes no sense? We know what we are teaching, it's far more important for the client to be able to view a description of the scheduled sessions.
