disappointed Pros: when you can take photo of your clients, this is the only thing is woking good Cons: how they treat you after you sigh the contract!!! Overall: im praying to never meet other companies like rhino!!! could be 2 times in a hell!!!!
Worst Software on the Market Pros: Nothing. System doesn't work as it should. Cons: Door system constantly failed and member's billing was always getting messed up. Overall: Piss poor. Was over charged, nothing the sales rep said was the truth, door system is next to worthless, numerous glitches that caused billing issues etc.
Not worth the time Pros: Software works but that is about the only good thing. Cons: Door access is a complete failure. If you want your business to stay secure then do not use them. They basically hold you hostage with fees unless you have 3k plus just sitting around. Overall: Overall this company stressed me out and the customer service was terrible.
Better products for cheaper are out there than this bug-ridden mess. Pros: The SMS feature was nice. Technically speaking it has a wide range of features, even if the implementation of those features are poor. Cons: $3 Overall: We moved to rhinofit because they were cheap, and it was a huge mistake. They offer no help with setup, and it's convoluted to the point where it seems to want to sell you on paying them to set it up for you. Customer service isn't very helpful.

Don't go with Rhino Fit ! Pros: Nothing . If your a small business or gym, stay away! Cons: The App is terrible ! The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is doesn't follow up. Terrible Service Pros: The price is the only pro. But at the lowest price in the industry, you get exactly what you pay for. Low price = Low quality Cons: This service is terrible. Let me illustrate: - They offer no historical reports of any of your membership or incomes - You can't look back at any months and see billing - Very limited automated actions, so you have to manually check who's paying bills every month - Customer service is atrocious. Worth it! Pros: It's so easy to set up and to use. It's not complicated at all. It's worth every penny you pay for it my company has been using Rhinofit for 3 years now and have never had a problem!! Cons: It's a little on the on the expensive side but it's worth every penny. One complaint I do have is that billing is hard to change if your changing it for someone. Overall: Rhino fit has helped my company do much we tried 3 other programs but Rhinofit has been the most benofficial to my company.
