Worst software and customer service EVER Pros: No features we really liked. Our records show that the account was signed up for and a contract signed that included an early deconversion fee for your merchant account. Does everything I don't want it to do, and nothing I need it to do Pros: Credit card swipe is a nice feature to have. Cons: Incredibly ugly UI/UX. Difficulty to use. Unintuitive. Billing is a nightmare. Overall: Like I said, the software does everything I don't want it to do, and nothing I need it to do.

Over sold, under delivered Pros: The donation feature. There is not much else. Cons: Oldest software, no real app for either clients or staff, limited capabilities, no one knew anything in Support. Overall: Zero benefits, wouldn't even complete the implementation.

don't like it Pros: the price. the software is very affordable but ease of use and functionality reflects the price Cons: the functionality, data usage, app speed, ease of use Overall: I have not been impressed with the software. 1st as a member of a gym using the software.. always felt it was slow and used way too much data. as a box owner I find it is not very easy to maneuver and there are too many steps to create a class schedule. the menu is also not very user friendly.

Update your app Pros: Not much . The dashboard is nice and easy to see which is helpful. Cons: The app is awful. Hard to pick the correct class when the lines are 1mm wide...… reports aren't accurate. Overall: Not very helpful with customer service. Don't like the look or function of the app. Need to be able to customize reports.

Fails in every category outside of "ease of use" Pros: It was really simple to set up. Even when you think you have a question, the answer is usually right in front of you. Cons: $3 Overall: I realized not to trust them at their word.

I am sorry that you feel this way about RhinoFit. As the site states once you process $2500 or more in payments for a given billing period, you will be billed $57 USD per month thereafter. RhinoFit provides the most competitive features for the price and provides free trial offers of the software but not the merchant credit card processing as this is a separate service that is offered as a convenience to our clients for integration with their new RhinoFit business software systems. While we are integrated with BluePay, it is not a common processor for us. Unfortunately, when BluePay changed their integration requirements they did not notify us. really hating it Overall: Constant complaints from customers on double charges. System constantly freezes and people end up clicking multiple times and getting charged multiple times. We can't accurately track inventory because the Add Order feature does not work. Charging someone for a simple one-item purchase it time consuming.
