No owner app?!! Not impressed. Pros: Clients like it more than square. Cons: No owner app or import to google calendar. So you have to log in on webpage to see schedule- that is shown out of order. Really annoying. Overall: Not impressed with presentation of store. Looks like a 1998 HTML site. Even Square is more high tech. And no owner app? And no import to google calendar? It could be much better Overall: The app is horrible. You can't see the workout unless you hit reserve and attend the class??? There is no leaderboard. You can't put in custom benchmarks like 3RM or 5RM, etc. On the website or on the app, there should be a feature where members can 'sign-in' into the class or just easily type in their name and click attend, and then be able to submit their scores from there-- not only limited to hitting attend on the app and then submitting the score through your phone. Still needs some work Pros: Price and customer support and the features Cons: Issues Overall: The system has a lot of errors and also some kinks to get through. There are some functions I'd like to see it be able to do.

Horrible!! Pros: Its cheap Cons: everything Overall: system keeps billing my clients wrong, I call and no one will help me. They don't even apologize for screwing things up. I hate this company!

For Billing, the bills and payments are fully controllable to the gym owner. Every bill ran through RhinoFit is easily able to be modified by the gym owner. Not what it's said to be Overall: Very hard to reach customer service. They tell you it's only you that has the issue. They take calls but don't get back to you. Very disappointing.

Run away, one of the worst mistakes we made and terrible support Pros: Not really anything Cons: The list of issues is long , all I can say its not worth the trouble. CC data dumps, lost client data, uses some foreign country as default, imports get corrupted, clients side login unresponsive, calendars do not sync, they have bad support and little to no orientation, plus no support on set up , or in our situation they took the money didn't do the job we had to set all up after paying them. Unfortunately, there were some issues between RhinoFit and this customer that we attempted to resolve to no avail. An orientation is recommended for every customer and it was declined in this case. We did have to correct some of the account setup that was causing some issues. We do take responsibility for the features that were not working properly.
