I can not say enough good things about Ride the Wind E-bikes. I just purchased my 2nd enclosed mobility scooter from them and they went above and beyond to help me when my new scooter was delivered from the manufacturer directly to me with a loose wire. Their mechanic Mike drove almost 2 hours to come and work on my scooter to get it running. While researching e-scooters I stumbled upon Ride the Wind and ended up chatting with Jolene , the owner. It was an amazing conversation during which she was able to answer many of my questions about EMMO scooters She offered to match the price from the EMMO site and to deliver it to Toronto on one of their trips to the city. We only visited Ride the Wind to look. Both my wife and I were having some mobility issues. Walking our excited pup was becoming an issue, choosing short walks several times per day. He wanted to run, which of course we couldn't do. The decision was made shortly after leaving the show room. We returned loaded it on our truck and have never regreted the decision. They were very helpful in deciding what was best for us, and our 3 wheeler scooter has been a lifesaver. The dog loves running along side and gets plenty of exercise... read more

I had a great experience with Jolene ..I bought my bike through e-transfer, got my bike within a week got delayed because of it raining and distance but was delivered fast.....love this bike best buy ever and a great company to buy from!!!! The bonus is their youtube channel they try to help with any problems you have and tips on care and safety plus accessories for your ebikes.. they just Don't sell bikes, they love them aswell (Five Star experience)

I absolutely love driving the matrix nexa. It would be better to have two lithium batteries, to be able to go more killometers. I would suggest winter tires, for the winter. I definately would reccomend the nexa for mobility.

I purchased my enclosed scooter August 2023 and was very pleased with the results. Not only was Jolene patient as I bought it sight unseen and had many questions. Anytime I have contacted them since that time they have been available and helpful. I have suggested them to anyone that has inquired about where I purchased mine. In the future they will be my go to when I need to replace my current one.
