5 Stars Ride the Wind Ebikes absolutely exceeded my expectations. I originally ordered the Purity Hybrid Elite H3H, but they surprised me by sending the newest M3H model — and I couldn’t be happier. I have to say that when it comes to customer service and knowledge of the products at Ride the wind, my experience has been amazing. I absolutely Love my Nomado. I have over 600 kms on it. The bike is very solid and easy too handle. I have found that traveling at 32 kms per hour my Lithium battery has a long life , way more than the 100 kms.

All the staff at Ride the Wind Ebikes were very professional. Living 4 provinces away from their dealership posed a very unique set of problems, RtWE responded to each and all.
