I have to say that when it comes to customer service and knowledge of the products at Ride the wind, my experience has been amazing. I absolutely Love my Nomado. I have over 600 kms on it. The bike is very solid and easy too handle. I have found that traveling at 32 kms per hour my Lithium battery has a long life , way more than the 100 kms.

All the staff at Ride the Wind Ebikes were very professional. Living 4 provinces away from their dealership posed a very unique set of problems, RtWE responded to each and all. a few times now I have contacted RTW for help regarding my ebike. Jolene and her mechanic Mike have always provided me with first class advice and help. I have been able to do my own repairs with their help, and videos on youtube, when they could just as easily told me to bring my bike in. My most recent purchase came with some additional and unexpected goodies. They have made me a loyal customer, and I cannot express my gratitude to them enough
