Funny. The negative reviews don't show up. Jolene sold us a bike that she did not have in stock. It was not as described and we did not know this until it was "dropped off" to us without the chance to inspect it. The battery was bad, the charger defective and it was not the correct bike. BUYER BEWARE! She sells the wrong bike and charges you 25% (plus) return a defective bike. SHYSTER!

You ordered a bike, custom lithium, received it, rode it, and then said it was too small. That is on you. Restocking fee, yes. The owner had the nerve to call me first of all jumped all over me so I hung up the phone secondly she had the nerve to call me back !!! She proceeded to say I must be on to many pills ???? Really professional ???? So I hung up again didn't wanna feed on her ignorance !! Joline is the worse type of human around she only cares about the money and will gladly let you buy something for over 8 grand then refuse any warranty work trust me once u ask joline for anything she will switch into a horrible horrible person with no customer service skills or respect for anyone I wish I could add the photos of the conversations we have had but I posted them on Google for anyone wanting proof of her bad behavior
