I had a great experience with Jolene ..I bought my bike through e-transfer, got my bike within a week got delayed because of it raining and distance but was delivered fast.....love this bike best buy ever and a great company to buy from!!!! The bonus is their youtube channel they try to help with any problems you have and tips on care and safety plus accessories for your ebikes.. they just Don't sell bikes, they love them aswell (Five Star experience)

I absolutely love driving the matrix nexa. It would be better to have two lithium batteries, to be able to go more killometers. I would suggest winter tires, for the winter. I definately would reccomend the nexa for mobility.

I purchased my enclosed scooter August 2023 and was very pleased with the results. Not only was Jolene patient as I bought it sight unseen and had many questions. Anytime I have contacted them since that time they have been available and helpful. I have suggested them to anyone that has inquired about where I purchased mine. In the future they will be my go to when I need to replace my current one.
I enjoy every ride I take ! and will tell every one to get one

Got the bike for a good deal. The guy who fixes the bikes is a lying scam artist but everyone else seem very friendly and knowledgeable. Sent it in to get fixed and he couldn't fix it. still had to pay for them doing almost nothing. Then gave me the wrong keys and tried jamming the keys in saying I must have broke it by sticking something in the key slot. The next day they called me saying they gave me the wrong keys. Unfortunately there is not zero star option. They are dishonest.
Very disappointing experience buying a new e-bike from this shop. Staff were unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt pressured instead of helped. After spending a lot of money, I expected much better customer service and support. Would not recommend.
Linda don’t worry about this company your not the only one they screwed on batteries they sold you used ones for the price of new ones have no clue how this company is in business they are crooks stay clear of them
