RecommendedThe entire staff, promptness of care, routine & urgent. My service dog, Gufferson, stopped eating, was constipated, lethargic, and off balance. I got him in the same day I called. Dr. Fulcher ordered a complete workup of x-rays & blood work. We had an exam room to ourselves for the 3 1/2 hours of our visit. During this time, staff updated me. RecommendedI had to take my cat to Ridgetop Animal Hospital yesterday for the for the sad duty to say goodbye. I have been thru the same ordeal in the past but this time seemed different. They already had a room set up with a nice blanket, treats and even Kleenex if needed (which I almost did) I chose the option of not watching the process so after I said my goodbyes they gently wrapped her in the blanket and carried her away. My hats off to the entire staff at Ridgetop Animal Hospital!
RecommendedFantastic work, they actually care about the pets that come in. They took special precautions to ensure our Greyhound had the specialized anesthetic care she needed. I am so grateful for them! <3
RecommendedToday my dog had to be sedated and when I asked if I could be with her for the shot and until she fell asleep they were more than willing to let me for my dogs comfort and that truly means a lot to me. I absolutely love Ridgetop and everyone that works there.
