The staff here is wonderful
I’ve made numerous trips to Ridgetop, and they have always been so awesome!! They always got me in immediately (same day even), they even stayed late multiple times to help my cat, they’re super nice and informative. Good prices. They’re a little over an hour away from me, but I will always make the trip to them, because of their awesome service 😊❤️ only clinic I trust taking care of my kitties! Highly recommend. Bubbles and Taz love them.
They accommodated us when I messed up the date. They squeezed my girl in and gave her the full treatment for her care.
I feel that they take good care of my pets and answer all of my questions. They are very cordial.
The entire staff, promptness of care, routine & urgent. My service dog, Gufferson, stopped eating, was constipated, lethargic, and off balance. I got him in the same day I called. Dr. Fulcher ordered a complete workup of x-rays & blood work. We had an exam room to ourselves for the 3 1/2 hours of our visit. During this time, staff updated me. I had to take my cat to Ridgetop Animal Hospital yesterday for the for the sad duty to say goodbye. I have been thru the same ordeal in the past but this time seemed different. They already had a room set up with a nice blanket, treats and even Kleenex if needed (which I almost did) I chose the option of not watching the process so after I said my goodbyes they gently wrapped her in the blanket and carried her away. My hats off to the entire staff at Ridgetop Animal Hospital!
Fantastic work, they actually care about the pets that come in. They took special precautions to ensure our Greyhound had the specialized anesthetic care she needed. I am so grateful for them! <3
