Very comfortable. Exceeded expectations. The location was ideal. Bar/cafe area was nice - free tea and popcorn! The room was very very comfortable. Even the toiletries were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Good We arrived just after the kitchen shut down for renovations, so food was minimal and there was some noise with construction for which the staff apologized for. Should be great when all renovations are complete.
Good Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und gar nicht hilfsbereit. Wir wollten schon um 13 Uhr einchecken oder unser Gepäck unterstellen, damit wir nicht mit vollgepacktem Auto zum Skifahren gehen müssen. Die Dame wies uns ab ohne nachzuschauen, ob doch ein Zimmer frei ist und einen Gepäckraum haben sie nicht, war die Aussage. Einchecken 16 Uhr, auf keinen Fall früher! 50 Meilen Umweg umsonst!
