I won't go anywhere else to mail a package! I was so excited when I learned this "secret" a few years back as it is close to home and I heard there weren't any long lines. It gets MUCH better than that! I always get friendly service with a smile. They remember that I come in to mail packages to daughters out of state and are so helpful in helping me get packages mailed for the best deal for the time needed. I appreciate great service given but am even more grateful when it is given with joy.

I've been a tenant here for about 2 months now. I ship out a lot of packages via USPS, so having that here is just an added bonus--it was actually my deciding factor when choosing where to rent. Their location is great, the facility is clean and secure, and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Evan and Leslie always have a smile on their face. Truly a pleasant experience every time I go in. Thanks!

I found Right Space Storage (the name changed) online in a haste to find a place to put all my wordly possessions. I completed the info on sparefoot and the pricing was exactly what I needed. This was my first storage experience and Russell called me to confirm my arrival. After driving from Chicago, Russell was just what the doctor ordered. This place has the best customer service I have ever gotten at a post office. Super friendly and helpful. I tend to stop by in the mornings on weekdays and there is rarely a wait and when there is, it is usually short.

I have only ever used this place for mailing packages so I cannot review the rest of their services. 75% of the staff are super nice and helpful, the other 25% are just ok but no one is terrible. The drive thru is always open when I am there. They always answer all my questions and give advice on how to mail the cheapest while still ensuring shipments get to their destinations in a timely fashion. First time in today - went there because its the latest official USPS mail pickup close to us in Cedar Park (just a quick shot down 620) - it closes at 5:00 on Friday. The staff today was courteous, helpful and fast. This is a USPS Postal Annex, so they can't take Fedex or UPS. But for us procrastinators - the Saturday afternoon service is just what we needed.

I use this location from time to time to drop off items to be mailed and we recently started using some storage space here. A recent addition to their services is that they offer shredding abilities. This was a very nice convenience since I had more paper than I honestly wanted to shred or burn when I cleaned out many of my files. They use an off site company that they promised is secure. Overall, never a bad experience here.

Very good pricing. My stuff stayed clean and dry. Would use again if in area. Four a free trunk rental with the storage unit so was very helpful.

Fast, warm, and, friendly service. This is a mini contract post office that sports a drive-thru and manages personal storage units. I've never used the storage units, no need to. My only business here has been for postal needs. These guys are always eager to go that extra step for you. I was doing some official business in Iowa that required a lot of copying and faxing and money orders and notary service, you name it.
