Fast, warm, and, friendly service. This is a mini contract post office that sports a drive-thru and manages personal storage units. I've never used the storage units, no need to. My only business here has been for postal needs. These guys are always eager to go that extra step for you. I was doing some official business in Iowa that required a lot of copying and faxing and money orders and notary service, you name it. Great American Storage is also a contract post office, and that is why most people go there. As a post office, they are superb. Super speedy and accurate at the same time. Never a gigantic wait. And they even have a drive through lane! I take complicated packages shipping internationally there, and they do it all correctly. Happy to show you all the commemorative stamps available. Incredibly faster at Christmas mailing time than the regular post office.

I have used the 620 location for years and through all the various owners. In general I have not had issues but this newest company keeps raising the rates and there is a huge rat problem on the B side. When we called they didn't seem to care, they just said to file an insurance claim for the damaged items. In the meantime we are stuck with the rats until we can clean and move our items which is a huge undertaking. Taylor Tx location ..... Michell Schroeder here Brent and I have had a storage unit at the location that RightSpace is now located. I've never had a issue until August of 2024. It has been a sad and very heart breaking experience. I'm not sure where to start other then The day I found out my mother was in icu. I was forced to move back right aqay. New management company as of 2024 is GARBAGE! Constantly losing paperwork. Demanding that tenants recreate paperwork or NEW GHARGES WILL IMMEDIATELY OCCUR ON NEXT BILLING CYCLE.... 4 days later! AVOID NSA STORAGE with every option.

Not any better than my last review. The service is still lacking. The package I mailed was sent to the wrong address even though the address was clearly on the front. I went back to clear this mistake up and they were not able to track it or even tried to find where it went. The person who sent it didn't even apologize for the error. The management is obviously desperate for anyone to work there since they will hire anyone and not care for quality customer service.

CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH THE MANAGER. All this guy does is play passive aggressive games and even caused my movers to wait a good half an hour because of some BS he pulled where I actually had to call their corporate office in CA to get it handled! Corporate was extremely nice and they deserve all the credit here, but this manger is nothing short of a con artist.
