This place had gone from great to bad to horrible customer service is the worst only reason I would come was because it's close by the house but I'm so done the one older fake blonde white lady is so rude. I really hope this place has a big change soon. There is only one young man that is very nice other then that they all act like they hate working there.
Avoid. They do not allow returns/exchanges of merchandise. They charge $3+ for boxes that U-Haul sells for 99 cents.
The only reason I drive to this location is to use the drive through. I have been informed that I first have to come in and ready my materials, then go through the drive through. This is nuts. You guys used to be friendly and helpful-I've been using the post office and storage spaces for years. I Won't be returning until the customer service improves. BEWARE! RODENT INFESTATION, and as put by current storage manager, Sue, MASSIVE infestation that they have not been able to control. Per district manager Chase, this has been a problem since October 2016 & they have spent over $2000 with Terminex to try and control the problem and still have not been able to get the situation under control. I visited this private post office to send a package. I felt discriminated and disrespected when asking one question generated that two employees got involved in the conversation and with a loud tone and diminishing attitude said the place has a new general manager and they will not send my package. They refused to tell me the reasons for since new administration, they will no longer send packages internationally, APO and Puerto Rico. The new manager and employees were very rude and hostile!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERMIN INFESTATION! I used Great American Storage for about 3 months while waiting to move into our new house. I went in to the office and provided notice of my intent to vacate and the clerk said "Ok, you're good. Just be out by Friday". I had to work on Friday so I moved everything out by Thursday. Why is the drive thru ALWAYS closed at this place? Seriously? Why even have a drive thru? They also have this rude sign about cell phones at the counter. Given that they don't take UPS or Fedex drops off. PASS.
This was the third time I had horrible customer service so I decided to put it out on yelp. I have only had two positive experiences in 10 but three were particularly rude encounters. First of all, I drive to the place to go to the drive-through because I have two small children. Two times in cold-weather the drive-through has been shut down. It all seemed good at first but its like a wolf in sheep clothing. Yes they give you a free truck rental but they do not tell you up front that it has a time limit then oops no more free truck but hey you can rent it.
