Favorite place in all of Wisconsin! The seasonal chef menu's are spot on season after season. Service is exceptional and more wine choices than you could ever imagine. It's not inexpensive but it is absolutely worth every dollar!
Excellent restaurant which we use for special occasions. The only somewhat negative aspect is their very limited salad selection, which does not compare with other Bartolotta restaurants, like Lake Park Bistro and Baccus.
While they were about 15 minutes behind, they did not feel rushed. It did not feel like we were being pushed through dinner, the wait staff was excellent and the food was delightful.
We went to Bartolottas for Valentine's Day. The place was full, busy and as usual - outstanding. We really like the European atmosphere of Ristorante Bartolotta. It is cozy and warm and the food and service are the best. Congrats on another great job. PS: Not cheap ... but if you want a special event dinner at a special place Bartolottas is a great choice. Just save up for a few weeks/months before you go :-)
We've been to RB at least a dozen times since it opened and it stands the test of time as the best gourmet Italian restaurant in Milwaukee. I've never had better fried calamari anywhere. We've made RB our Valentine's Day destination the last 3-4 years. The filet with red wine and truffle reduction is amazing.
