The food was outstanding and the wine list excellent. We were there for our anniversary and would have preferred a quieter table. The atmosphere is quite energetic and because of the proximity of the tables, quite hard to have a private conversation. The service was probably the weakest point of the evening, as it was rather slow---but helpful. I would recommend Ristorante Bartolotta and will be going back.
This was my second visit to Ristorante Bartolotta and found it to be a wonderful experience. This time I had the Duck Ragu which was very good. We really enjoy the atmosphere. Slightly loud if you are looking for a quiet date night but the food makes it wortht the trip.
Of all the Bartolotta restaurants this is our favorite and most consistent restaurant

Joe Bartolotta is an amazing restaurateur. Ristorante Bartolotta is only one example of the excellence in dining he and his staff provide. We were very happy that the restaurant was serving lunch during the Holidays. The Risotto al Reciotto is to die for. Unique, pleasing flavor. The Gnocchetti di Semola was amazing. Once again Ristorante Bartolotta in Wauwatosa proves that it is indeed the gem of all the Bartolotta restaurants. From the perfect bottle of wine, to the fresh and amazing food; it shines as the bright spot in the Village of Wauwatosa! This is about as close as you can come to being in Italy as far as food, ambiance and service. Thank you for yet another memorable evening!!!

Visited for a special New Year's Eve dinner and it did not disappoint. The service and food were top-notch as usual. Our waiters were the perfect blend of polished and friendly. I love this restaurant.
