Flooring was ordered from out of state. It came in quickly. Acclimated in my home for 4 days and was installed in a day. 2 bedrooms, 2 closets and a storage room. Installers were professional and the job took +/- 7 hours. There were 2 installers, one spoke some English, the other did not. They moved my furniture for a $300 charge and there was a $300 charge to remove and haul away the carpeting in the rooms. There were three boxes of unused flooring which Rite Rug allowed me to return.

Great communication regarding product arrival and scheduling installation. Jeff kept me informed every step of the way. Disappointed that the stair steps couldn’t be worked out. Figured out another plan on my own. Installers were AMAZING!! Very efficient, very considerate of everything. I would highly recommend them.
