Installers were friendly and hard working. There are a couple sports where there the tiles are not flush. But overall the floor looks great.

We worked with Lewis Center Store Manager Paul. We wanted to replace the carpet on our main level. The challenge was what to do as we had hardwood in our hallway and kitchen. Paul provided great advice and Rite Rug had the same Bruce hardwood flooring so we decided to match it up. Everything went as scheduled with no delays. The installers did an excellent job! We are pleased with the carpet, the men that installed it , and also working with Paul K at the Lewis center store. This is not the first time we have used Rite Rug for carpet and floor covering. Gene was our salesman and could not have been nicer- we had a time crunch since Lowe’s could not get our carpet installed as promised. Gene was able to order our carpet and get installed within 6 business days- fabulous! They were also cheaper then Lowe’s- pleasant surprise.Gene was professional and friendly- will definitely come back to him and RIte Rug.
