Paul is very knowledgeable. He really knows the carpet business. The products he directed us to based on our requirements was perfect. His installer was excellent! The pattern matched well on each step on our staircases. We have bought carpet from him before and we were very satisfied. If you go to other stores, you’ll just come back here to get selection, quality, and a fair price. You can’t do better.

Great customer service. Sales person from the store brought samples to our house and measured. Installers were courteous and did a good job. Salesperson followed up after job was complete. All in all, a good experience.

Installers were friendly and hard working. There are a couple sports where there the tiles are not flush. But overall the floor looks great.

We worked with Lewis Center Store Manager Paul. We wanted to replace the carpet on our main level. The challenge was what to do as we had hardwood in our hallway and kitchen. Paul provided great advice and Rite Rug had the same Bruce hardwood flooring so we decided to match it up. Everything went as scheduled with no delays. The installers did an excellent job!
