Installers were amazing but you sent heavily souls carpet to my home which is unacceptable, dirty on backing and the edges. I had more faith in you than that. I need a rebate, I sent pictures to my sales man. Kay Guenther
Rite rug did a poor job of sending me dirty carpet on the backing and around all the edging, not something I have every experience
Would probably go elsewhere in the future. Long delay between ordering carpet and delivery/installation. Installers seemed very inexperienced and install wasn't done very well. There was no followup or checkin after installation. Not very customer friendly experience.

The work that we have already paid to have done is still unfinished 19 days after our original install date. A second installer was sent out 15 days after our original install date who failed to finish the job. We have gone back and forth with Kelly at "customer care" who has provided no solution. We have always had to initiate contact with "customer care" after being told "we'll call you" or "we'll reach back out to you" only for nearly a week to go by with nothing. Give a smaller window of time , Keeping a customer tied up for 8 hours I feel is unnecessary. You want to confirm the day before scheduled installation, You given a callback number, trying to narrow the 8 hours window. Trying to get last stop of the day. Agent said she would make a call and get back to me. (NO CALL BACK) So I called on the day of installation around 11:00 am asking when I would see installer, The female agent told me that window would be from 11:00-4:00pm. Well I ordered a 12x16 carpet and same size pad. I was told by my salesman that the pad would be 6x32 and I would just need to cut it in half. When I picked up the rug and pad the same salesman gave me a small very dirty scrap of pad with my order “just in case”. When I unrolled the pad it was 6x31. Not great. I don’t want to use a small scrap when this was supposed to be a rug and I don’t want scrap pieces of padding that can move around. Great sales experience. Challenges in applying for 12 months same as cash. They never returned our calls and two weeks later got a credit card in the mail. You may want to consider changing vendors. Carpet installers were on time and kind. Only one spoke partial English. We found small amount of carpet pieces and padding in our furnace registers after they left. I had to ask them to fix various seams and recut register openings as covers no longer fit. They were responsive but I would have preferred to not have had to point... read more
Sales was terrific. Installation was terrific. All of the product and installation was as expected and very professional however, I found it a little unnerving that I had to pay for the materials and installation all upfront and the check was cashed a week before the installation. I am a sole proprietor, and I would not recommend you to my future clients unless unless you ratified your policy of payment to a 50% deposit initially balance due up upon completion
Not impressed. The two old men running it were very arrogant and kept asking me when my husband could come in, I could tell he didn't even want to talk to me..although I was a serious buyer. We didnt like the way they were acting and did not return back,
