We had hardwood flooring installed in our house and 1 plank started raising up. It was in the middle of the kitchen and very obvious. I reached out to the installer, Eric Stembridge . He sent out a crew to evaluate the plank and replace it. Unfortunately we did not have any of the material left so he had to order it. He called me this week and told me the planks were in. Mark was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. The installation crew was very professional knew what they were doing. Did a great job were concerned about our property and making sure that everything was cleaned up when they left.
