Mark was very helpful in helping us select the best products for our needs. Answered all our questions courteously and professionally Service was very prompt The installation crew were top knotch. After complimenting one of them he smiled and said he took great pride in his work. They did a great job even cleaning up. Afterwards. We love our luxury vinyl floors. ! They made a huge difference from the old carpeting we had before. We recommend this business very highly

Everything was fine except it was a garage install & they did not put the strip on the end of carpet where the door goes up/down Only one other complaint …. Too much computer crap Call & u don’t get ur store Get off the damn computers & be available for the customer

90% of the experience with Riterug was wonderful and then it all fell apart at the end. The salesperson did a great job explaining flooring and helping educate us. They worked with us through the process of picking and then got us a good price to do LVP in our entire house. Unfortunately the flooring was backordered which I certainly can't fault them for. After it arrived from manufacturer they set a quick install and the installers were absolutely wonderful. On the third day... They didn't have enough flooring. They were... read more
