The first person we met entering the RireRug store was Mark McBride. He set us up with appt to come out to our home where he guided through what, for us, was a huge decision. He was professional, pleasant, fast and accurate. When his crew came out to install our new flooring they were also terrific. All the supplies were there of everything we had talked about. The carpet is beautiful though I have a few problems. I ordered a carpet with a print but laid horizontal instead of vertical which make the pattern look sideways and leaves the seam directly in the center of my living room in a very high traffic area. Unfortunately non of my installers spoke English and didn’t even ask how I’d like the carpet laid. I thought I could get over it but the seam is all I see. With a non English speaking crew there was no communication.
