The carpet is beautiful though I have a few problems. I ordered a carpet with a print but laid horizontal instead of vertical which make the pattern look sideways and leaves the seam directly in the center of my living room in a very high traffic area. Unfortunately non of my installers spoke English and didn’t even ask how I’d like the carpet laid. I thought I could get over it but the seam is all I see. With a non English speaking crew there was no communication.
From first contact through installation, couldn't be more pleased with the fast, professional and courteous service. Love my new floors!

After complimenting one of them he smiled and said he took great pride in his work. They did a great job even cleaning up. Afterwards. We love our luxury vinyl floors. !
