Our experience was fantastic! We are very pleased with the end result. Mark at Riterug did an excellent job! He made the process easy and simple. We had a couple of changes with the installation date but Mark was able to work with us and get the job done. The carpet installers came out and got everything done in a timely manner. The carpet is beautiful and we will be back for sure! Thanks again Mark & the rest of the team for a job well done!

From the moment I walked Into the showroom until the carpet was installed the experience was stellar. Mark was friendly, welcoming, asked a few questions, got exactly what I needed and scheduled install a couple days out. Edgardo showed up on time, installed quickly and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended A++

Flooring is installed well. The guys were polite and cleaned up. I appreciated Eric’s help in choosing the flooring and follow up after. I would recommend Eric if you are looking at a new floor.
