From the moment I walked Into the showroom until the carpet was installed the experience was stellar. Mark was friendly, welcoming, asked a few questions, got exactly what I needed and scheduled install a couple days out. Edgardo showed up on time, installed quickly and cleaned up after himself. Flooring is installed well. The guys were polite and cleaned up. I appreciated Eric’s help in choosing the flooring and follow up after. I would recommend Eric if you are looking at a new floor.

The first person we met entering the RireRug store was Mark McBride. He set us up with appt to come out to our home where he guided through what, for us, was a huge decision. He was professional, pleasant, fast and accurate. When his crew came out to install our new flooring they were also terrific. All the supplies were there of everything we had talked about.
