Work occurred a month after initially scheduled. Workers placing floors down worked from 8-2; seemed short for a substantial project. Workers always seemed to be missing supplies (unprepared). The sales rep was consistently unresponsive for information and updates, especially when we had a water leak that was thought the cause from their work. Sales rep had to come out and finish job of workers. Would not recommend this company for residential work.
