The sales rep and installation team were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick moving :) The turn around time from when we ordered until it was installed was fast! We love the carpet. We were hoping the pad underneath was a bit more cushy. But we will definitely use them in the future!
Sales reps were great to work with. Carpet installers did an awesome job.
Carpet and workmanship we’re done well clean up could have been better. My real problem was that payment in full was needed before the work could be done other companies ask for a down payment and the balance at completion. That made me rather nervous since I had no comparison and needed to rely on the word of my realtor that the work and product would be satisfactory
The flooring is beautiful. The installers did a great job; however, it took the better part of 2 weeks due to material not coming in on time twice and installer having to leave at 2:30 daily. The sales person did a great job trying to coordinating everything.
Carpet is what was expected and we really like it. There is one small area that has what we believe to be a grease stain and we are going to try and clean it off with a carpet soap. It was probably from the installation process. Thanks, Don Catlin
The installers showed up on time, completed all the rooms, cleaned up everything and were very professional. Price was competitive. I would highly recommended RiteRug Flooring. Very pleased with the results.

Everything went well except you really need to give a 2 or 3 hour window!! Nothing at all was told to me except I called and the lady said we were the third person!! !! Also my glider doors I have set up on two closets are broke and they were brand new. I understand they were in the way but they could of told me I would of try to get them down
installed carpet in the wrong areas , ill change this rating when they make the situation right which apprently now will cost us more money because the carpets are two different styles and they put the wrong carpeting in the wrong area.
