Overall the service was good, however, I feel there is some room for improvement to what appeared to be unorganized processes/procedures so that the customer is not inconvenienced or left waiting. It seemed to me to be a rather lengthy process to drop the vehicle off (the night before the service as I had communicated when booking the service appointment weeks in advance of the appointment); no one called to tell me my car needed some work while it was in the shop (alignment - which I would have authorized to be done to avo... read more
The process was handled efficiently and satisfactorily. Two added observations: the young lady who drives the shuttle does a great job. She is a safe driver, on time and easily converses on different topics.A great addition for your business. I had wanted to set up the appointment so that I could wait for the vehicle and had discussed this with the parts representative who seemed to be supportive.
