Staff was very helpful. I posed a unique situation and they tried hard to fill it.
Went in for oil change and to have winter tires replaced with summer tires already on rims. Service writer suggested that a Peace of Mind Inspection can be completed at the same cost as the spring change over. He also advised that there were no outstanding recalls. Work was completed in approximately the time he had suggested. Overall experience was very good.

I was very happy with the service that I received at River city. Kyna went above and beyond to help me out. The service department are very polite respectful and very very helpful. I felt Kyna was exceptional at her job .I will definitely return for servicing .I have been to three other Hyundai dealer ships and River city is far the superior dealership.

The team was really great. Courteous and very friendly. Awesome to deal with.
The best feature of a service at River City is the the car wash. Quick service and reasonable prices.
Everything was completed on time and the staff were great!
Had a bit of a mix up with online booking of appointments. Their website did not incorporate stat holidays. I was able to book an appt on Good Friday online. So I showed up, but the service department was closed for that day. Staff were apologetic and very friendly. Aside from the online booking, overall experience was good.
