needed a tire repaired quickly and was able to drive right in and was completed in very little time. staff was friendly and helpful as always.
The staff at River City Hyundai service were very pleasent and courteious with the service that was actually performed. However what I actually made an appointment for was to identify a problem with the ignition switch in my 2016 Touson. It had to be forced hard to turn to start my car but it loosened up more and more as it was used. I wanted it replaced with a new one but your staff said it was fine, just as if there never was a problem. I will probably go to another dealer should I encounter any other problems.
I was greeted by Kyna and I have dealt with her in the past. She was very warm and welcoming as always and helped me understand the service I was there for and updated me about the next service. I have been to other dealerships and Service staff there mostly takes the keys and that's about it. Not in your office, you welcome everyone. Excellent customer service, keep it up!!
I had a great experience with you guys at your dealership. Although I was told that you guys have some of the best finance managers in the city, I was denied the car I wanted. I really am looking forward to getting the ford fusion I was promised. I was also told not to go to any other dealership. Which I haven't, really hoping you guys can get me into the car I want!! and the salesman I was dealing with was more than great! his name was Mani.
I love that when I bring my vehicle in I pick it up & it’s washed . I really like the friendly service
