Since I have owned my Santa Fe I have had all my servicing done at River City. Matt and the rest of your service dept. have exceptional customer service. I appreciate it.
Despite the fact that I had an appointment booked, I was there for just over 2 1/2 hours for a routine spring service and one recall. My understanding when I ‘checked in’ is that this was a 45-60 minute appointment. I appreciate that it was busy. But, when I had an appointment booked well in advance . . . Of course it didn’t help that this occurred on the nicest day that we’ve seen in 7 months. Regardless, the tech was professional and polite.

had an appointment for a recall item. showed up at the appointment time and was looked after immediately. car was completed and ready to go with no real time loss for me. staff was very helpful and friendly as always
This was my first time with our Hyundai vehicle. I was impressed with Matt, the service advisor who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the process. I was pleased with the timeline and the little "extras" in terms of washing floor mats and the vehicle. The coffee, tea, newspaper options were great! I am coming back soon for service.

Staff was very helpful. I posed a unique situation and they tried hard to fill it.
Went in for oil change and to have winter tires replaced with summer tires already on rims. Service writer suggested that a Peace of Mind Inspection can be completed at the same cost as the spring change over. He also advised that there were no outstanding recalls. Work was completed in approximately the time he had suggested. Overall experience was very good.

I was very happy with the service that I received at River city. Kyna went above and beyond to help me out. The service department are very polite respectful and very very helpful. I felt Kyna was exceptional at her job .I will definitely return for servicing .I have been to three other Hyundai dealer ships and River city is far the superior dealership.
