I went to about 5 other dealerships before this one. I was fed up with annoying car salesmen, but once I got to River City; I found it to be less pressuring. Billy helped me and he was super chill not over the top nice. He listened to my needs/wants for my future car without interrupting, and he seemed just really genuine/good hearted. That really helped me feel more comfortable about purchasing the vehicle. The staff there really made sure I was happy with the end result.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was nervous purchasing a new vehicle as there are so many options to consider. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Great service, check in process was fast, sign off and payment was quick and the service rep wasvery friendly and kept me informed on progressduring the day. And to top it all they washed my dirty SUV without me having to be there and run it through a car wash myself.
