The apartment has... (Verified Renter) The apartment has been a good apartment but I feel like what I am paying does not reflect the apartment itself. My kitchen countertop has chunks missing out of it, my carpet is sticky and smells like dog pee on hot day despite the fact that I do not have a dog, the freezer has a huge dent in it, and the linoleum is peeling up in places. The main issue... (Verified Renter) The main issue is the price. I know I got a nice townhouse that I could afford, but it is not going to be the same for my friends.
They are nice... (Verified Renter) They are nice but a bit more than what I would like to pay. The pet fee is outrageous and that's an important part for many people

The size and... (Verified Renter) The size and quality of the apartment does not reflect the amount paid for rent. The increase annually in rental is equally as unjustified.

Expensive for not... (Verified Renter) Expensive for not including utilities. Rent increased every time. Started adding more charges onto the rent such as trash. Residents take their own trash to the dumpster and pay a lot for rent. It should be included. Not too many rules here though but still a nice place to live. Not afraid to walk around at night. Washer and dryer inside apartment is nice.
