Places really are nice, they could use more detail cleaning before someone moves in, and vents to be checked to make sure they?re not broken, or topped with an insane about of dust. Other than that, everything else is awesome and beautiful.

Would - Extremely... (Verified Renter) Would - Extremely clean, quiet, nice community, and handsome apartmentswould not - make sure you figure your finances prior to agreeing to a lease, you are getting what you pay for so it is a little more expensive.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend for location, ammenities, and lifestyle but I would also warn against the very high rent prices for a Frankfort apartment.
