I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living there, although it was pricey, I knew I was able to use the pool, workout room, and had good service from the staff if I needed it.
The community seems... (Verified Renter) The community seems very clean and quiet . The staff was helpful, my issues were resolved in a timely fashion, there were some process I thought were a little unnecessary but they were still resolved fairly quick.

The apartment's are... (Verified Renter) The apartment's are nice, clean and modern and love the attached garages. The community is well taken care of landscaped nicely and tucked away. We also love the ample parking and can't wait to enjoy the pool.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very nice place. Clean and kept neat. But walls are so thin. I hear neighbors all around. Not that there loud. Need more insulation between each. Otherwise it's nice.
More money needs... (Verified Renter) More money needs to be put back into the community. The grounds area near the trash can stays pretty sloppy. Maybe put in a dog walking area or a hot tub. All around the complex paint is pealing off the buildings. Parts of the face plates on buildings are falling off. Almost all of the wooden patios look like they are already 15 years old because they haven't been stained or sealed since being built. Property values look like they are on a constant decline.
