Not many people... (Verified Renter) Not many people I know would be moving to Frankfort, but if any ever do, I'll say, "I know a place."
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this facility to families and friends because it is a nice, quiet place to live.
The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason i would recommend these apartments is that these are the only nicest apartments in Frankfort. If someone is willing to drive 30 mins everyday, I would recommend lexington for them
So far I... (Verified Renter) So far I think this complex is great!

We are very... (Verified Renter) We are very happy here. The neighbors are friendly and I feel much more like I have a home and not just an apartment. Noise levels are tolerable and most people work regular hours so there's not a lot of partying or crazy stuff.
Beautiful grounds &... (Verified Renter) Beautiful grounds & buildings, & all the staff have been very pleasant, helpful, & friendly.
Hallway looks like... (Verified Renter) Hallway looks like it was never cleaned
very safe, clean,... (Verified Renter) very safe, clean, nice office staff. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is responsive.
