The overall experience with Riverland homes has been great. The homes are well built. When work orders are submitted they do their best to get in touch with you in a timely fashion to set up an appointment time. Every issue was explained well to us and they reassured us things will be fixed which they have been. V and Ryan did the courtesy of hauling off a couple of pieces of plywood for us which they did not have to do but is greatly appreciated!
The warranty team worked very hard on fixing repairs around the house while also being thoughtful of our space and personal properties. The warranty team was also very flexible when it came to my schedule in the home. I appreciate their diligence + conversations. They were very sweet.
Prompt response and follow up
Ryan is always awesome!! He is always responsive and resolves any issue that I have. Most recently, my air conditioner went out right before Sacramento was scheduled to have a heat wave. I contacted Ryan. He responded quickly, communicated with the HVAC company, and they provided necessary service the next day!
Our rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very detailed on the home and knew the ins and outs of it. He made our home buying experience even better.
I had drywall, and cabinet persons complete work and both did a very good job. They all called and came when scheduled and completed the work. I can’t say enough about Ryan Austin project manager he’s been very responsive, professional and patient with my issues and very helpful. Also Veheh Mikayelyen Ryan’s assistant has been very helpful and professional also.
Grateful for the service level of the new jobs walk thru. V was very thorough and found things we did not immediately notice.
V from warranty came over and fixed our garage door within hours of calling.
