We purchased Lot #25 at 3814 Ander Way in Rocklin at Village by the Ponds and could not be happier with it. We never had a problem from start to finish and this builder was so thoughtful in design and finish. Well done counters, cabinets, floors, finishes and really thoughtful community layout. They took on a pretty compmicated land development project and turned it into an extraordinary upscale tucked away community.
