Ryan Austin with the Riverland Homes warranty team is awesome! Our tankless water heater was not working and leaked. Reached out to him for advice and troubleshooting tips. We couldn’t fix it over the phone but Ryan was able to make it out the next day to attempt one last fix even though the water heater was out of warranty. And the part he replaced solved the problem and the water heater is back up and running like new! Riverland Homes and their warranty department really cares about their home buyers and are the best!
The Riverland home builders, build beautiful homes. The prices are affordable and well constructed. The Riverland employees showed true professionalism.. During the construction we had many delays due to weather, however, Riverland and organizations affiliated with Riverland kept us informed of their progress despite the unforeseen delays. Good job Riverland.

We have been homeowners before but we have never purchased a "new home". The folks at Riverland Homes were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. For the most part, our first home buying experience was pretty much painless. If we had an issue, the Riverland team members would find a way to resolve it. Riverland Homes produces great quality homes & beautiful communities. From the cohesive design packages to the appealing floorplans to variety of available upgrades, it is obvious they keep the future homeowners in mind from start to finish. The warranty team is also spectacular - they are always quick to respond to any needs in a professional and neighborly way.
Riverland homes is a great builder. Being a smaller builder that they are, they’re able to focus in on each home and provide the best product. When repairs are needed the great warranty team gives extra attention to put things right. I’ve worked with Riverland in the past as an independent contractor to draft their construction documents. Each home is designed as if the designer was going to live in it themselves. Riverland makes true the saying of quality over quantity.

We recently had a warranty repair. It entailed, ripping out our existing flooring and putting new flooring in. I must admit it was a tedious tasks for our house had to be in cahoots for 5 days. But! Not only were they prompt in repairing the job it also was seamless and smooth. Our house was kept as clean as it could be. Everything was put back to living standards when they left each day.
