We had some struggles to start and had lost faith..but our faith was restored by Vaheh Mikayelyan. He was great! We had excellent customer service from him, great communication, and the repairs were completed. We love our home!

All representatives of Riverland Homes are terrific people. They are friendly and responsive. There could have been more flexibility in scheduling the walk through. They fixed most of the punch list items before we took possession. Thank you for the welcome basket!
All the staff I worked with was really professional and knowledgeable. Colton and Erin are fantastic. I would recommend to anybody looking for a +55 community. This place is beautiful and welcoming.
