Owning a home from Riverland has been absolutely amazing. Anything and everything that I had a question or issue has been answered or fix without any back and forth. I can’t express enough how easy and helpful all of the staff at Riverland have been. I have never had a bad experience when dealing with builder.

We had some struggles to start and had lost faith..but our faith was restored by Vaheh Mikayelyan. He was great! We had excellent customer service from him, great communication, and the repairs were completed. We love our home!

All representatives of Riverland Homes are terrific people. They are friendly and responsive. There could have been more flexibility in scheduling the walk through. They fixed most of the punch list items before we took possession. Thank you for the welcome basket!
All the staff I worked with was really professional and knowledgeable. Colton and Erin are fantastic. I would recommend to anybody looking for a +55 community. This place is beautiful and welcoming.
