The whole home by an experience with Riverland homes was excellent from the beginning through the end. The realtor that you had representing your model, homes was excellent, and the points of contact at Riverland homes during the closing process were all very professional and great communicators.
Business response:
We are glad to hear your experience was excellent from start to finish. Your kind words about our realtor and team mean a great deal to us, Robert.
V was very helpful and explained details during our walk through
Business response:
We truly appreciate your feedback, Anne. We're glad Vaheh was helpful and thorough during your walk-through. Thank you for sharing your experience!
We moved into our new home just over 1 month ago. So far the experience has been great. There have been a few minor issues as expected, but Riverland Homes has been great responding to everyone of our needs. Riverland Homes even went a step above and beyond when one issue became a little more of a burden to us. I would definitely recommend this builder.
Business response:
We are grateful for your recommendation! Thank you for trusting us with your new home experience.
I thought from start to finish I was in great hands with Colton. He was always available even on his days off. He made suggestions when needed and always gave his honest opinion. I greatly appreciated it!
Business response:
We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Colton. His dedication and honest guidance truly matter to us.
Vaheh was mega awesome! Vaheh went above and beyond to point out every feature of my house while providing information on how I can best maintain my house after move-in. He was extremely friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable and made my house orientation an amazing experience. He helped identify any minor issues and also listened to all my concerns.
Business response:
We are absolutely thrilled to hear Vaheh made your house orientation amazing! Thank you for recognizing his knowledge and helpfulness.
All in all each and every person that I worked with at Riverland Homes/ Cobalt Reallty was amazing to work with, including the owner. They were polite, professional and very patient with me. When a misunderstanding occurred, the owner reached out to me personally. He and his wife took the time to talk with me and come up with solutions . Buying new construction was a new experience for me, and I can't say that I always handled the changes and stresses gracefully. What I can say is that the staff at Riverland homes/Cobalt ... read more
Valheh & Colton did an exceptional job on our new home orientation. They guided us through each room with ease, explaining every detail to a tee. Definitely professionalism at its best. We can’t wait to move in. Lisa & Dennis
No drastic issues. The small ones I have had has been taken care of quickly! We love our home!!!
It was an unexpectedly easy process to work through: -The friendly, helpful, and professional sales team. -The paperwork was explained clearly and completed smoothly. -The selection of finishes and upgrades process. -The immediate and complete attention to any issues. -The overall quality of the completed home. All of this made what at first we felt was going to be a daunting task, a smooth and painless experience. Perhaps the biggest surprise was how well the builder, sales staff, mortgage agent, and escrow staff all w... read more
