The Front Desk Staff Was Great Dionne, Jessica, Denise Levi, And Your Security Teams, Plus Your Housekeeping, Only Problem I Had Was The Elevators Was Down And We Had To Walk Downstairs. Freda Roby

The customer service in the restaurant was awesome, the air conditioner was very good - which was much needed during the heat wave! The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The Place was better than expected and the hospitality and professionalism from the staff was a cut above. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know I'll be back for sure.

Restaurant wait staff were good. Meal watching the Mississippi flow by was excellent. Room was clean but dated. Overall a good experience and will return for another visit when traveling.

It's not a perfect 5 out of 5. It is the best room you'll find in Vicksburg at this price, IMO. Clean room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed. Only one of two elevators was working, but a repair crew was on hand. I didn't try the restaurants, preferring the options that are downtown. I would definitely stay here again when need a room for the night.

Smelly room. State was wonderful from Jessica who checked us in to Jesse who helped us figure out the slot machines. And the two fellas at the entrance to the slots... very nice people.
