Back for another pair. Excellent customer service, well informed and patient staff willing to answer all my questions. They truly want you to get the right shoes (not pressure sale you). VIP rewards actually do pay off too, got this second pair today (almost a year later) for a bargain price with my reward points. Carlsbad location is my favorite - across from the outlets. The selection of shoes is great and do is the service.
Friendly, patient, experienced staff. Thought I had size 8 feet, when actually I needed 9 and a wide width. They didn’t have the color shoes in stock I wanted , and my sales person found some in stock at Dicks Sporting Goods, without me askibg. Custom made insoles feel amazing in the shoes.

Helpful staff and large selection of quality athletic shoes. If you have feet problems, try out their custom made insoles. They are priced reasonably, way less than ones made by podiatrists or the so called Good Feet store, and these are very effective. I have a neuroma and my arches used to hurt occasionally, but not since getting these insoles. I haven't had problems for 2 years!
